I just found a Chesney Family History written by Margaret A. Chesney which was stored in my mother's safe deposit box. My grandmother was Martha Chesney, daughter of Andrew Chesney (1866-1946), whom I believe was born in Innerkip. According to the Chesney Family History, there was to be an update made in 1995. If anyone is interested I could provide current information on Martha and her descendants. I can be contacted at jhager1@maine.rr.com

I really enjoyed your website, I thought it might have included old photos from when my grandfather lived in the area. His name was John "Stanley" Craig born January 30, between 1892-1895 to Annie Craig. Information is very sketchy, his attestation papers from WWI state that his mother was residing in Innerkip at the time around 1916. If anyone out there has heard of them or might be related please post as I will check back often. Thanks again for a great website.

Yes I was wondering if I could possibly get a name and contact number for the coach of the Innerkip Eagles as I would like to try my hand at pitching fastball. I have been an allstar baseball pitcher in Canada and have won 3 Ontario titles, 2 with the Stevensville Jr Reds and 1 with the Fort Erie Meteors. I have also had a very famous fastball team seen me play and that is Eddie Feigner and The King and his Court. Thankyou for your time Dave Eberly

I think this site is kinda cool, but can you put a few more pictures of the streets around Oakridge, and the other streets around the West side of the city because the closest picture to this part of the town is a Bird's Eye View Picture of the school, and I think you should get an even higher birds eye view picture of the whole city and make it so you can tell where the streets are. Over all I think this site is Really Good for a little city like ours and I think those pictures I mentioned would make the site 100 times better.

Strange coming across this Web page.  It's been over 50 years since I've walked down the main Street of Innerkip The best memory was when Mary E Dean of Dean's Grocery Store took on the job of teaching grades Kindergarden to grade 8 in the one room Bond's Corner School back in the Fifties. Strange 1 teacher and about 50 kids

Hi there! I am so glad to find this website because I need some help! My family recently adopted a dog and the only thing we know about her past is that she came from either a vet or animal hospital in Innerkip. We'd like to know more about her history. I know that this isn't exactly what your website is about, but I was wondering if anyone could email me the name(s) of any shelters or vets in Innerkip. Thank you!

Most of my family is still in the area, however I've been living in Ottawa for over 3 years now. I would like some information forwarded to me regarding the slo-pitch tournament. I have some friends from Innerkip and Hickson living with me here in Ottawa and we are interested in participating in the tournament, along with some others who played fastball in Innerkip and Hickson at the same time. I look forward to receiving this information and good luck with your final 6 months of planning, it seems to be coming together really well!!
